We are delighted with the announcement from Minister Michael Ring that we have been awarded €80,000 through the Sports Capital Grant programme towards the development of our Club house. Our application scored one of the highest in Mayo and this has been reflected in the amount awarded. 

Enormous effort was put in to this application by members of the Development Committee and we are very grateful for that. This is wonderful news for the local community as it takes us another step closer to completion of Phase 2 of the project and in doing so, providing a state of the art facility for the Parish of Achill.
