CLG Acla 4-14  Islandeady 0-03
Achill were by far the stronger team in a one-sided encounter played in miserable conditions at Davitt Park today. The win was never in doubt for the home side, as they kicked some fine scores, following some exquisite passages of play as the lads in green and white cruised their way to victory.

In the other game in Achill's group, two late goals ensured Shrule/Glencorrib took the spoils against Tourmakeady, on a scoreline of 3-11 to 1-11. Achill's next fixture sees them travel to Tourmakeady for a 12pm throw-in next Sunday. Go n-éirí libh!
